When you make a reservation at “My Hotel“ you will be asked to complete an online forms providing us with: your name, (home or office) address, (business or private) email address, (mobile, home or office) telephone number, and to the extent available, reservation preferences. This information is required to process, book and complete your reservation (including the sending of a confirmation email of the booking to you). By completing a booking and staying in “My Hotel” you may wish to complete our guest review form. This completed guest review form may be uploaded onto the relevant hotel’s information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the hotel. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever. Other than the email confirmation providing for the confirmation of the booking and the invitation to fill out and complete the guest review, we shall not send you any further (solicited or unsolicited) notices, emails or correspondence, unless you specifically agree otherwise. If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email, informing “My Hotel” Reservation Department of your details and reference number. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Free of charge Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay the hotel directly for your stay. Safe Deposit Boxes are available in all rooms free of charge; therefore no responsibility can be made on the hotel management for loss or damage to personal belongs and valuables. Arrival and Departure Check-in time is from 2.00 pm. If you would like an early check in you must reserve the room the night before. Check-out time is prior to 12:00 am. We reserve the right to charge one additional night in the case of late check-out. Accepted Payment Methods We accept MasterCard, Visa and Jordan Dinars (cash) only. Dining Times Breakfast 6.30am – 10.30 pm Lunch 12.30 pm – 2.00 pm Dinner 8.00 pm – 11.00 pm It is advisable to make a booking in advance for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner to avoid disappointment. Children There is no additional room charge for children under the age of 4 years when sharing their parent’s accommodation room. A child between 4 – 10 years will be considered at a 50% discount a maximum of one child. A baby cot is available upon request at the reservation (subject to limited availability). Swimming Pool The swimming pool is available for all hotels’ guests Swim suits must be worn at all times Management is not reasonable for any injury of person or loss of damage of private property in the swimming pool Diving and jumping in the pool are forbidden Management has the right to close swimming pool at any time if deem necessary Open for swimming between 8:00 am until sunset – Children must be supervised at all times by their parents. No life guard, swim at own risk Local Taxes Rates may include our local service and Tax. Gratuities and Service Charges Tips and gratuities to our team members are at our guest’s discretion and we do not apply any compulsory service charges. Smoking Here at “My Hotel” we do not permit smoking within our guest rooms or within restaurant areas. However, smoking is permitted within the Lobby and roof top terrace. Parking and Vehicles Parking is available, and is free of charge Pets Pets are not permitted within the Hotel Damages and stolen objects We will have to charge any damage done by the guest in his room, or any stolen object belonging to the hotel, prior or after the check-out. An inventory of fixtures will be done before and after the stay for “My Hotel”. Forgotten belongings For any belonging forgotten after your check-out, the postal fees will be at your charge.
